What we collect
Enquiry details. When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you give us: typically your name, email address, phone number, postcode or address, and details about your property and the work you're interested in.
Usage data. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type.
Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who host our website, process our form submissions and provide our email systems. They act only on our instructions under data processing agreements.
- Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- GreenTech EV & Solar, our MCS-certified solar installation partner, only when your enquiry is about solar panels, so they can assess and quote for the installation. They handle your details under their own privacy policy: https://www.greentechevsolar.co.uk/.
We may also disclose information where the law requires us to.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we make sure it is protected, either because the destination is recognised by the UK as providing adequate protection (such as the European Economic Area, or the United States under the UK-US Data Bridge) or through the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become a job: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Customer records: 6 years after the work is completed, for tax, warranty and legal purposes.
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
